Building on-chain programs, tokens, and dApps on Solana

Željko Kovačević I’m Željko Kovačević - a Solana developer based in Croatia. I build Rust/Anchor programs, SPL tokens, presale and affiliate systems, wallet integrations, and the backends that keep them production-ready. With 20+ years of software engineering and a Master of Information Technology, I focus on clear account models, solid testing, and shipping work that is ready for real users.

Focus

What I build on Solana

01

Solana Smart Contracts

I develop custom Solana smart contracts tailored to your project - any program your product needs. Built in Anchor and Rust with clear account models, tested instructions, and audit-ready structure.

02

Solana Tokens (SPL)

I build SPL tokens on Solana - utility tokens, meme coins, fee-on-transfer (FoT), KYC-whitelisted issues, and tokens with custom extensions. Plus vesting, treasury, and distribution logic for your launch or product.

03

Token Launch

I run presales and meme coin launches end to end - contribution flows, liquidity setup, and everything else needed for a successful go-live. Ready for DEXes like Raydium, Meteora, Orca, and Pump.fun.

04

DeFi Platforms

I build DeFi on Solana - DEX integrations, AMMs, custom liquidity pools, and API connections to CEXes and similar trading venues. From pool logic to the systems that keep trading and liquidity running.

05

Full-stack dApps on Solana

I wire wallets, smart contracts, and backends into one product - Phantom, Solflare, WalletConnect, React frontends, and Node APIs that talk cleanly to your on-chain programs.

06

Jito bundles & JitoSOL

I integrate Jito for atomic batch transaction execution - Jito bundles that land multiple instructions together, plus JitoSOL and related liquid-staking flows when your product needs reliable, MEV-aware execution on Solana.

Launch work

Memecoin launches on Solana

Separate token launches - brand, landing, token, presale, and go-live. Projects that shipped on mainnet.

FAQ

Solana developer - FAQ

Where are you based, and who do you work with?
I’m based in Croatia (EU) and work with teams worldwide - in English, with EU timezone overlap.
What Solana work do you take on?
Custom Anchor/Rust smart contracts, SPL and Token-2022 tokens (including Token Extensions), token launches and presales, DeFi (DEX/AMM/liquidity), full-stack dApps with wallet integrations, and Jito bundles / JitoSOL-related execution flows.
Do you use Anchor and Rust?
Yes. Most Solana programs I ship use Rust with Anchor, plus SPL / Token-2022 standards and modern wallet integrations.
How do I hire you for a Solana project?
Email contact@zeljko.dev, or start via Castor, Upwork, or Freelancer.com. Share goals, timeline, and constraints - next step is usually a short scoping call or a written proposal.
What types of contracts do you offer?
Fixed-price scopes for well-defined deliverables, or time-and-materials / hourly when the work is exploratory or evolving. Engagements can run through Castor d.o.o. (Croatia), Upwork, or Freelancer.com - with milestones and clear acceptance criteria when it helps.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments in USD and EUR. Bank transfers via SEPA and SWIFT. Crypto is also fine when we agree it for the engagement.
How does a typical Solana engagement start?
We align on the product goal, account model, and risks first - then a proposal with scope, timeline, and commercial terms. Delivery is usually staged (design → program/tests → integration → launch support) so you can review progress along the way.
